Experiencing the sound meditation table or a sound bath can help illuminate limitations of one's mind, expand consciousness, and balance one’s energy fields. We offer two sound experiences:
Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Baths
Imagine being immersed in beautiful sounds that are healing to your body, mind and soul. Laying comfortably on a yoga mat in a communal setting, you feel a soft vibration sweep over your body and fill your ears with angelic resonance of crystal singing bowls.
As the sound continues you feel your body sink more into your bones, your breath slows down and you attune to a more expanded state of consciousness. The small group experience offers the benefit of sharing healing intentions while increasing the power of the energy field.
For many, sound bath experiences lead to more restful sleep, reduced anxiety and depression, increase in stress management, and a feeling of heightened awareness.
Sound baths last roughly an hour. Participants will be resting on the floor for the duration of the bath. Yoga mats are provided. Blankets and pillows are limited so you may want to bring your own.

Sound Meditation Table
The sound table is a visceral and auditory experience that moves energy through the body and mind in a profound way. Clients rest comfortably on a massage table in a private room while selected sounds and music are played through a sonically designed experience. Sessions are 45 - 60 minutes with time allowed for quiet meditation after.
In the days to follow many clients experience a deeper sense of embodiment, openings in thought processes, release of emotion, deeper sleep, ease of pain, and an overall sense of well-being.
*By appointment only
"Sound Table is an amazing experience that has helped me get present in my body and let go of tensions I’m holding onto. The soothing music and subtle vibration of the table gently hold the mind’s attention allowing the body to relax and feel the beauty and peace of the present moment.
Each session has felt a little different. One time, a deep comfort arose and a feeling of love and holding surrounded me. Another time, a stillness so expansive took place so that I felt one with the universe and connected to everything in it. Seriously.
Similar to experiences with meditation, yoga, and dancing I tasted freedom. Who knew it was possible to experience this just by surrendering to this moment of being alive on a table? Amber’s healing room feels safe and calm. I come out after in a different state of being, re-energized, look into the mirror and see myself, more true, more whole." - Tobi, client since 2016

NGO, NAKATANI GONG ORCHESTRA, is a contemporary live Sound Art project that tours throughout North and Central America. NGO is a continuous, growing community engagement project; and the only bowing Gong orchestra in existence in the world today. The rich harmonies produced from multiple layers of bowed gongs are transformative, engaging and inspiring for both players and audiences . The gong bows and surrounding instrumentation equipment are handmade by Nakatani Kobo. Held in the beautiful and contemplative environment of the Taoist Studies Institute, the Nakatani Gong Orchestra promises to be an incomparable event. Audience members have described a NGO performance as entirely unlike anything they have ever experienced before, often relating feelings of cleansing or a sort of purification after the event.

MONTHLY SERIES with Nicole Bratt & Amber West
Join Nicole Bratt & Amber West for an extraordinary journey of deep relaxation and healing: a 90-minute Restorative yoga practice accompanied by an immersive crystal bowl sound bath. Come explore the sacred, energetic union of breath, body, mind, and sound during long-held, passive asana.
Restorative yoga, designed to calm your nervous system, creates an environment for you to wholly relax and space for you to be with the shifting landscape of your mind and heart. Among its benefits are improved sleep, digestion, and blood pressure, as well as lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The sound bath creates strong, resonant vibrations that further facilitate rest, healing, and transformation on an even deeper energetic level by allowing the body and mind to release stuck patterns and blocks. The cumulative experience ultimately enhances and harmonizes your overall wellbeing.
No yoga experience is necessary; simply come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.
We highly recommend that you dress in layers, and bring an eye pillow/mask and socks.
Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
