Join Nicole Bratt & Amber West for an extraordinary journey of deep relaxation and healing: a 90-minute Restorative yoga practice accompanied by an immersive crystal bowl sound bath. Come explore the sacred, energetic union of breath, body, mind, and sound during long-held, passive asana.

Restorative yoga, designed to calm your nervous system, creates an environment for you to wholly relax and space for you to be with the shifting landscape of your mind and heart. Among its benefits are improved sleep, digestion, and blood pressure, as well as lower levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. The sound bath creates strong, resonant vibrations that further facilitate rest, healing, and transformation on an even deeper energetic level by allowing the body and mind to release stuck patterns and blocks. The cumulative experience ultimately enhances and harmonizes your overall wellbeing.

No yoga experience is necessary; simply come with the willingness to be still and present with yourself.
We highly recommend that you dress in layers, and bring an eye pillow/mask and socks.
Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Monthly Series with Amber West

Sound Bath meditations are a great way to strength the bridge between the mind and body by using the sound to anchor your awareness in your body.  When the mind and body are in communication we become more available to be present in the moment, to deepen our understanding of ourselves and of our physical and mental nature.  For those healing or on the spiritual path this integration is part and parcel with the goal.   Just as it take practice to cultivate any skill, we must practice controlling the mind if we want to see beyond it.  A sound bath sitting in stillness has been a helpful tool for many to begin and deepen this practice.

Sound baths last roughly an hour.  Participants will be resting on the floor for the duration of the bath.  Please bring yoga mats.  You may want to dress in layers, bring blankets and pillows to be comfortable.
